When I first joined ECube Global, I was not aware that the transition from school to college and then to University will be so easy. ECube Global’s small but personal structure and attitude made it very easy for me to adjust to college life as well as to the Engineering programme. The electronic medium of instruction as well as focused curriculum helped me to successfully complete the first year of one of the toughest courses available in the field of education, i.e Engineering. Visit to the Industrial Training Institute - Thane

It was an industrial visit to the Mechanical Workshop of ITI. We were greeted by a host of teachers and the head of ITI-Thane. The speaker was Mr. Krishna Shinde, Principal, ITI, and he explained the entire set-up to us, the courses offered at ITI & schematics.

Then we were lead through the mechanics & automobile workshop where we came across lathe machines & a 3-axis CNC. A few teachers present explained to us the working of the CNC

One of the teachers demonstrated the use of a lathe machine where he leveled a piece of cylindrical metal. We also got to observe an electrically operated cutting machines.

Rajesh sir explained various technical operations and components of the machines present. We also got to see sample works of a few students which were very interesting.

After looking around the workshop for some more time, it was time to head back, with a vote of thanks to the Thane-ITI head,we left their premises with the hopes of maybe coming back one day.
